I haven't received my report
Reports are normally delivered within minutes of payment, but very occasionally take longer. Please:
- Check your spam/junk folder, and mark the email as "not spam" if you find it there.
- Wait up to 2 hours from the time of payment before assuming there's a problem.
- If still nothing, email us with your order reference (
FS-2026-XXXXX) from the thank-you page.
I'd like a refund
Please see our refund policy in the Terms of Service for the circumstances in which refunds are available. Email hello@flatsixintelligence.com within 14 days of your order, quoting your order reference and the reason.
I have a question about a report's analysis
Reports are generated by an automated pipeline designed by a human analyst. Specific technical queries about a particular finding in a report can be reviewed by contacting hello@flatsixintelligence.com. The report is there to assist you with asking the right questions when viewing a car or speaking to a specialist or independent mechanic. If something in a report seems clearly wrong or inconsistent, do let us know — it helps us improve the service.
